  Disliked: No fan to combat hot weather, or fridge in room for keeping waters etc. cold.

  Perfect location, lovely room!

  Liked: The room was comfy and very clean, the location is excellent, plenty of shops and cafes nearby; the castle and the Royal Mile are within walking distance.

  Lovely quiet room in Edinburgh

  Liked: Nice and quiet location set off from the main thoroughfare. I came to Edinburgh for a conference held at the EICC, which was an easy walk (about 20 minutes, which I broke up into half every morning by stopping at a cafe for breakfast en route.) Very clean and enjoyed view of the garden. The bowl of fruit and biscuits with coffee and tea and a bottle of water was very nice and made me feel welcome!

  Liked: Arrived late and hosts took extra effort to make it simple. Hosts were kind & thoughtful & accommodated my requests. Super soft sheets. Lovely room and quiet neighborhood.
