  Centrally located hotel with friendly staff!

  Liked: Centrally located. Short walk (about 15 minutes) from Edinburgh Waverly train station. Friendly staff (Amos at the Reception desk provided us with attractions to check out and restaurant recommendations.

  Disliked: No complaints.

  Comfortable and great location, staff could a least smile at a child trying to chat to them

  Liked: Location was great, comfy beds.

  Disliked: The staff weren’t accommodating or friendly in any manor. They seemed to not like there jobs

  Amazing location. Very friendly and helpful staff who offered to take in our bags when we arrived early

  Liked: Amazing location in the centre of Edinburgh. 10 min walk from almost every tourist attraction we wanted to see

  Disliked: The room was very hot on our first night. Lowered the AC to 19 degrees but still very hot. It improved on night 2.

  Good location and fair price

  Liked: Cleanness, good amenities, breakfast (although there was a single coffee machine for all the guests and the space in queue as tight), coffee machine and location

  Disliked: I didn’t book breakfast in advance and the information about price vary depending on who was hosting in the day
