Perfectly located hotel for an amazing stay for my family!

Liked: The location of the hotel was amazing which included parking at a nominal fee, the staffs were great and helpful and we enjoyed the amazing view of the castle from the room!

Disliked: Overall, we had an excellent stay. The only minor issue was some water dripping from the top of the enclosed glass balcony during rain, which also occurred in the second room we were moved to. Otherwise, everything was great!

This hotel was in the most perfect location, I would recommend it to others

Liked: The room was in good condition, although the curtains were not fully attached to the track, which made it impossible to close them completely.

Disliked: We opted out of daily housekeeping to be more eco-friendly, but this meant we missed out on having our coffee, hot chocolate, and water supplies replenished. It would be helpful if the hotel provided a designated area where guests could pick up these essential items themselves.
