  Great location

  Liked: Location was great, beds very comfortable and the flat was lovely and warm and clean

  Disliked: The property is described as ‘cosy’ but we didn’t find the lounge cosy at all. The furniture seemed quite formal and uncomfortable. Because of the storm we wanted to spend an evening in but with no fire or comfortable sofa it wasn’t really an option

  Great place to stay

  Liked: The location was fab, quiet but close to everything. Beds were perfect although the boiler in one of the rooms did disturb a light sleeper.

  Disliked: The noisy boiler and it would have been nice if milk had been provided so we could use the coffee facilities

  cozy flat tucked away in a quiet area with quick access to public transit, food and shops

  Liked: Location was fantastic. It was an easy walk to the tram, the train station and into old town. The area was quiet with quick access to markets, coffee and great food.

  Disliked: As other review mentioned, the shower wasn't my favorite but it served its function! That is being nit picky as the property is wonderful and would certainly stay here again!!

  Liked: It was decorated lovely and in keeping with the age of the property. Comfortable beds, home from home feeling and quiet. Ideally situated in New Town Edinburgh where there are great local independent cafes, wine bars & restaurants. Highly recommend & would definitely book again if visiting Edinburgh!
