  A very comfortable and convenient place after a busy day sightseeing and shopping

  Liked: A modern, clean and well resourced ground floor property with on-site parking and garden space. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Close to bus routes to take you right into the city. Very friendly owner. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Carol.

  Liked: Our stay lasted 3 nights and we really enjoyed it. The host was very kind and welcoming – she explained everything clearly upon our arrival and was always happy to help with anything we needed. The accommodation was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the bathroom had everything we needed, including a hairdryer. The location was ideal – just the right distance from the city centre, in a very quiet and peaceful area. The only downside was some noise from the neighbours upstairs, who seemed to have young children. There was quite a bit of stomping even after 10 PM, which made it a bit difficult to fall asleep. However, this was not a reason to lower our rating, as our overall stay was excellent.

  The perfect compromise to visit Edinburgh with our without a car

  Liked: From the first contact before our arrival to our departure, all was clear and detailed. The property is around 20' from the center of the town but it is fast and easy by city buses. We didn't came by car but there is a free parking slot at the appartment which provide a very good value. What to say about the appart.? It was very very clean, all the equipments you need for a short or a long journey are present. We even tested the fire alarm which also works well while cooking our morning bacon breakfast:). Karen is a very kind hostess who takes time to explain what you need to know and is available in case of any need. Big thank you for that.

  Disliked: Difficult to find something to improve, I suggest that when you will change the bedding (which is currently very comfortable) you could think about implementing larger beds. Once again it is to find something to suggest:)
