  Excellent!

  Liked: 1. Location, 2. Comfortable, 3. Minimalist but sophisticated enough for who prefers to stay in apartments rather then hotels, 4. Cleanness, 5. Spacious and 6. Excellent speed to solve minor issues.

  Fantastic stay!! Highly recommended

  Liked: The general layout and overall space were on point. Enough room for luggage. Everything you need in the kitchen including a wash machine/dryer combo, dishwasher etc. Exceptionally clean. Quiet street.

  Disliked: The loose carpet in the living room needs a clean 🫣 The class coffee table is not very visible and impractical (can cause injuries- especially with children).

  Great value, comfortable location and super clean

  Liked: The property staff were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and helped with a credit card payment issue. This was resolved quickly without fear of canceling the booking. The access and instructions were quite easy.

Please note that each apartment is serviced once a week for stays longer than 7 nights.

All children are welcome. There is no charge for a crib.

Extra beds are available in some apartments for an extra cost of GBP 15 per night.

Please note that there is no lift in the building and apartments are accessible via stairs only. Please notify the property prior to arrival if you wish to be allocated on one of the lower floors.

When booking 4 or more apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note the property cannot accept bookings from local residents.

Our serviced apartments are not staffed 24 hours a day. In the event of a fire alarm or emergency, guests must be able to independently evacuate the building without assistance.

• You are able to self-evacuate in an emergency; and

• No members of your party require assisted evacuation or a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP).

A damage deposit of £300 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
