  Very Good

  Liked: The apartment was very clean, spacious, and ideally located, with easy access to everything in Edinburgh. The beds were reasonably comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was particularly well equipped, with all the necessary dishes, knives, and utensils. It was also thoughtful of the host to provide practical essentials such as dishwasher tablets, kitchen towels, toilet paper. Everything was in good working order, and the apartment was well maintained.

  Disliked: Although the apartment was spacious and practical, it felt quite bare and lacked a little warmth and cosiness. There was plenty of space, especially in the bedroom, where an additional comfortable chair or a small sofa would have been a lovely addition. A few extra furnishings and decorative touches in the living room would also help create a more welcoming and homely atmosphere. The apartment had all the essentials, but a little more character and comfort would make it even better.

  Liked: Location, beds and facilities provided.

  Disliked: The 3 flights of stairs to lug our baggage up. The low head room especially in the shower.

  Liked: Clean and spacious apartment. Close to all amenities.

  Disliked: No en-suite in apartment. Four adults staying for two nights would have preferred fresh towels everyday. Mirrors needed in bedrooms.

  Liked: Location is very comfortable especially if you are traveling without a car.

  Disliked: Parking costs additional 20£ per night and even though its not far but it is not right next to the apartment.

  Overall we had a lovely stay!

  Liked: The apartment was clean and comfortable, close to some great bars, restaurants and amazing architecture. Code for doors was quick and simple easy to find and walkable to local shops etc. We are hoping to go back early next year and will absolutely be booking one of these apartments!!

  Disliked: It was unfortunate there were works going on outside, which did wake us up earlier than we wanted to. I am sure this is usually a quiet street so this would NOT put me off booking again!
