  I would rate it as average. Even though the inside of the apartment is very nice, warm and spacious, the entry, the comm

  Liked: I liked the insulation and the size of the apartment. It was perfect and comfortable for the number of people.

  Disliked: The entrance to the property is very inconvenient. It’s in the back alley of restaurants with all garbage bins lined up. Also there is barely any communal space. Once you open the main entrance, the space was extremely small and dingy. With a stroller, there was practically no space for the adults to move. We had to take the stairs twice taking the stroller down and up with hardly any space around. None of this was mentioned in the photos or during the booking. Also, on the day of checkout there was a yellow warning with terrible weather outside. I requested the office to extend the checkout by an hour given that it would be very risky to move out with a toddler. The request was not even considered. They said without a 24 hr notice they won’t be able to help. No one even bothered looking up if there was any booking on the same day or not - in short, they were in no mood to help or accommodate. With a toddler and such bad weather this is the least you would expect.

  Spacious apartment in central location with a lift

  Liked: We loved our stay in Edinburgh. This spacious apartment (with a lift!) was very well equipped for our 3 night stay and the perfect location for exploring the sights, close to shops, restaurants and bars. We were able to walk everywhere, also convenient short walk to train station. We would definitely come back - highly recommended.

  Fantastic stay!

  Liked: The location is great—just a 10-minute walk from the train station, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and super helpful.

Extra beds are available in some apartments for an extra cost of GBP 15 per night.

Please note that there is no lift in the building and apartments are accessible via stairs only. Please notify the property prior to arrival if you wish to be allocated on one of the lower floors.

When booking 4 or more apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Our serviced apartments are not staffed 24 hours a day. In the event of a fire alarm or emergency, guests must be able to independently evacuate the building without assistance.
