  Would stay again and recommended to friends. Can't fault it

  Liked: The room was incredible. Spacious and well laid out. Had good-quality products (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, iron, etc.). The location was incredible, and I could walk everywhere I needed to go. Can't fault the place.

  Liked: The apartment was clean, well equipped and at a good location in Edinburgh. Good to be able to leave luggage at their office (about 600 m from apartment) after check-out.

  Disliked: The windows at the apartment we stayed at (1A) was facing a construction site with some sort of machine/fan making noise 24/7 making it difficult to sleep. The construction starts every morning (even on weekends) at 7 am with even more noise. We requested a change of apartment but it wasn’t possible due to the hotel being fully booked. I don’t think they should be letting this apartment while construction is ongoing. Or it should at least be at a reduced rate with information beforehand about the noise. The windows of the apartment was also facing bins from the restaurants next door, leaving an unpleasant smell when you opened the window and more noise when being emptied. The thermostat in the apartment didn’t work, so it was very warm (more than 25 degrees). The staff tried to change the settings remotely but it didn’t work. We did get the PIN code and was able to turn the thermostat of so the radiators finally got cold, and the apartment was then 21 degrees, this however took 24 hours. The bed is only 140 cm wide, was expecting a bed of minimum 160 cm when booking double room.

  Excellent location, beautiful apartment and very clean

  Liked: Very comfortable and great location

  Disliked: Not the property owners fault but on one night a nearby shop was doing handy work until 0100. So lots of power tools and hammers. I guess it comes with the territory of being in a city centre

  Great location- steps to to the lift on floor one made access difficult if anyone has a disability

  Disliked: Had a heavy suitcase and semi-disabled partner so the lift being up the stairs on floor one was a challenge so should be made clearer The kids noise from outside being next to mcdonalds and KFC was bad and intimidating getting in and out - once in the apartment it was not an issue

  well-equipped apartment with easy check-in. bustling location and close to everything!

  Liked: easy to access when arriving, had all the amenities needed for cooking and doing laundry

  Disliked: elevator was only accessible after going up a couple flights of stairs (not ideal with lots of luggage but not really changeable either)
