  Enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t recommend at that price

  Liked: Location, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Great view from room.

  We would totally stay here again. Location was good, staff was great, rooms were clean and well maintained

  Liked: The staff at the hotel were great. A storm ended up canceling our flight and they were super accommodating and made sure that we had great rooms.

  Disliked: Honestly, everything was great. Loved our stay very much. Would stay here again.

  Overall stay was ok but not sure if i would hurry back given my concerns highlighted above

  Liked: Main Foyer was nice, breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were friendly. Shower was nice and liked the fact there was a bath.

  Disliked: On arrival reception staff weren’t very engaging. They seemed to ignore you whilst busy on the computer. A simple hello, and I’ll be with you soon would have been all that was needed. I’m a Hilton member and have used, Hampton, doubletrees and Hilton’s and can say that I’ve stayed in better cleaner rooms in a Hampton. Even the room arrangement was wrong. A high back chair blocked easy access to the wardrobe. And the TV kept losing signal. (Room 308).

  Overall good

  Liked: Clean and comfortable well located to the castle

  Disliked: The checking in process having to fill out handwritten paperwork on arrival was a bit annoying. There is quite a bit of road noise and the restaurant had run out of stuff by the time we got down to breakfast
