  Liked: Good location, pleasant host

  Disliked: The accommodation wasn’t very clean, I wasn’t impressed with the mousetraps in our room, thankfully they hadn’t been set off. There was a room diffuser behind the bed which couldn’t be accessed to turn off. We were breathing toxic diffuser fumes all night. The person serving breakfast had an overall on in desperate need of a wash.

  Liked: VERY GOOD BREAKFAST. INTERESTING DECOR,

  Disliked: ALL ACCOMMODATION IN EDINBURGH WAS OVERPRICED THAT NIGHT, BUT WE HAD NO OPTION BUT TO STAY AS WE HAD A FLIGHT THE NEXT DAY. ROOM WAS A LITTLE COLD.

  Great value for money, comfy and great location for nearby city attractions

  Liked: Very good choices, generous portions, friendly service and staff. Lovely anniversary gift given to us. Tour buses good value, plenty to see and do enjoyed the ghost tour,shops and pubs

  Wonderful, would stay again!

  Liked: The property was easy to find, in a quiet location just outside the city center. Easily walkable to all of the areas that we wanted to see. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Lots of choices plus a hot cooked option as well. Our room was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed. Tommy was super helpful with suggestions on what to do.
