Disliked: Nothing to not like
Disappointing breakfast
Liked: Nice hotel
Disliked: Good location
There could be improvements - a couple of staff members stood out well
Liked: The hotel was well located, Scott who was working on the breakfast floor was exceptional and a credit to the hotel. There was a mixed raced lady working in the morning on the desk who was also very helpful.
Disliked: The receptionist who checked us in at 8pm on 25.10 was dismissive and rude. Breakfast could be better, rooms hot and stuffy- a bottle of water could be provided
Liked: The staff are very friendly and close to the City center.
