  Great rooms no services

  Liked: This is a very luxurious property with excellent large comfortable rooms. Its in a great position for the west end of Edinburgh.

  Disliked: Hapimag have turned it into a very upmarket AirB&B. They staff it with a receptionist between 8.30 & 5.30 and that seems to be it. There are no facilities available except an honesty shop for miscellaneous nibbles.

  Would stay again. Great for couples and families

  Liked: Great location. Close to the Old Town area, restaurants and shopping. Very spacious rooms and immaculately clean. Parking available and bonus laundry for those in need.

  Great location!

  Liked: Great place to stay for those who want to be independent. There's a honesty shop, small play area and chairs and sofas strewn out through the floors. Rooms are big, with huge bathrooms and nice view over West End. There's no breakfast but you can easily order it from a bakery, to have delivered, via QR-code.

  Disliked: A bit pricey for managing recycling (in a bin room) and doing dishes.
