Liked: - In a good location away from hustle and bustle of city. - Offer to visit the zoo for 50% off - Good selection at breakfast and water at reception - Nice sized room with twin beds availability - Smart TV

Disliked: - Bit pricey but this was no different than other options for the same dates. - Quite busy due to it being half-term.

Liked: The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The interior was beautiful, everything was spotless and the staff were so lovely, welcoming and incredibly helpful. The food was amazing, and having a Starbucks in the bar was an added bonus! We honestly couldn't fault a thing about our stay. Everything was 10/10 and we would definitely stay again!

  It was OK

Liked: The hotel is well located and allows easy excess to the city centre for the visitor to experience what Edinburgh has to offer. The hotel was busy and staff were both friendly and helpful. The breakfast was busy and the produce used was of good quality.

Disliked: My room had an odor/smell like wet carpets or blocked drains which wasn't fixed during my stay and this let the hotel down a little

Lovely couple of nights in a wonderful city

Liked: Location for zoo visit. Everywhere was clean and tidy, good facilities, great views. Plenty of food and drink choice

Disliked: The pillows and mattresses, coffee in rooms and the fact you had to go to the bar and physically ask the person standing behind it if they would be able to serve

  dis-appointing

Liked: Rooms were clean, though not "cleaned" after day 1.

Disliked: Breakfast we were made to sit in the kids play area. Kids were playing boistorously in area making breakfast very stressful. Not enough staff attaending to breakfast, had to keep reporting issues to staff that they could see for themselves, not cutlery, coffee machine not working etc.
