  Liked: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Good size room and well located for catching the tram to the centre.

  Disliked: We came at a busy time and the breakfast area was busy and therefore there wasn't always a full choice of food. The pillows were very hard. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great.

  Nice Hotel but a noisy bedroom. 002

  Liked: The breakfast was good. The Hotel location was good.

  Disliked: Our room 002 was next or close to a Plant room. We had non stop background noise, either a boiler or a pump. As a result we were unable toget any sleep evenwith ear plugs. This ruined the experience for us. Apart from the noisy bedroom everything else was fine.
