  The hotel location was very easy to find from the Edinburgh Waverley Station. The hotel was very clean. Staff were very

  Liked: We liked everything. The service was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: We didn’t like the sofa bed. But later we requested to make it comfortable and they did it. Thanks to the staff.

  Great location and good hotel

  Liked: Fantastic location and great size rooms. We didn't really use it but was good to have 24 hour reception and bar (the bar sold snacks and soft drinks too)

  Disliked: The breakfast could have more options and bed was very firm, possibly a little too firm for me. The rooms were not always cleaned as well as I would like.

  Good location

  Liked: Location

  Disliked: It was too expensive. I splashed out as a treat for my family but apart from the excellent location it was at the end of the day just a hotel room. Have come to realise that treats like this are no longer affordable my family and I do regret my extravagance.

  Disliked: Well i didnt like the room as it was too blank and also the necessity things like tea bags coffee or creamer were not refilled evryday and also the atmosphere of the room wasnt pleasant
