  Lovely cosy room. Fabulous breakfast

  Liked: It is a lovely, well maintained house. The decor is attractive and it is very clean, warm and comfortable. My room had everything I needed, a comfortable bed, a hot shower and it was very quiet. The breakfast is great and the service over and beyond. The owners are friendly, kind and helpful.

  Very good value for money and our weekend break was really enjoyable. The sun was out for most of the weekend which did

  Liked: Very good size with all large rooms and high ceilings. Hosts were very helpful and welcoming which did help us both as we had never been to the hotel before. Breakfast was excellent and all choices of food and drinks were provided.

  We had a lovely stay and would definitely return

  Liked: Very welcoming, clean and in a quiet location. Great breakfast with lots of choice. The bed was very comfortable too.

  Disliked: It was expensive but for a Saturday night in Edinburgh I guess everywhere is.
