  Liked: Location was great. Plenty of room. (Probably could slip in a few more people given the 3 or 4 comfortable couches if you brought some bedding and extra towels.

  Disliked: I wish they'd been more up front about the need to climb to the 4th floor. (It's an old building...no elevator...not a surprise once you've seen the building, but it came as a shock to the 2 elderly with us.

  Liked: Lovely big apartment and very close to the Royal Mile. Very good location to stay for an Edinburgh holiday.

  Disliked: Very tempremental close door lock that did not work well and proved difficult to get entry to close which was very frustrating. Tea towel would be very beneficial in flat as we had nothing to dry dishes we had washed. The kitchen wooden counters were very sticky, which was not very pleasant. As flat above restaurant and pub can be a bit loud at night over the weekend. Ear plugs would have been useful as took a long time to fall asleep with noise from street below.

  We had a great time and part of that was the apartment!

  Liked: The location was fantastic. The apartment was clean and comfortable for all 5 of us.

  Disliked: The apartment is 4 stories above street level. We actually appreciated the cardio exercise but be forewarned.

  Totally fantastic..we didn’t see anyone but communication was excellent via what’s app…

  Liked: Just home from a 4 day stay This apartment is amazing Everything we needed Plenty of room for the 8 adults who stayed here.. We all would recommend a stay here and we will definitely be going back

  Disliked: We read on previous reviews before our visit about the stairs up to our apartment, they’re not that bad to be fair….you can just take your time and catch your breath half way up, but when you get to the top it’s definitely worth it One fault and it isn’t a major…can you please get more teas spoons 😉🤣 Definitely a 10/10 from us

  An ok option for big families

  Liked: Good locating when exploring the city, if you are up for some flights of stairs. The pool table was a nice touch. And the apartment is indeed big.

  Disliked: The apartment is a bit beaten up and the kitchen could have been cleaner as well as the stairwell to the apartment. We missed being able to play the foosball as advertised. We quickly ran out of toilet paper and had to buy. Bring your own shower products as they only offer leftovers from other guest it seems. Flooring has to be of another standard in Edinburgh and it was bit like having seasickness while settling in. Recommend using the bigger bathroom when showering if you dont want everything flooding.
