  Uncomfortable and frankly frightening stay

Liked: Good location and staff were friendly

Disliked: Had the weirdest two night stay in this hotel. The facilities were bang average. A bed and a kettle is what you pay for, which is ludicrous. Our room unfortunately looked right onto an alleyway where homeless people congregate. This made for an extremely uncomfortable stay as we could not open the curtains without men peering into the room. I barely slept with the noise coming from this alley and the group of people gathered outside our window at all hours. Room 324, if you get placed here- ask to be moved!! Staff would no doubt be aware of this and continue to place people in the room.
