  Great place for great value...if I ever go to Edinburgh again, I'll stay here for sure

  Liked: The location was perfect everything can be reached easily and is in walking distance. The staff are super kind, they find solution for any problems you might have, the rooms are cozy, the beds are comfortable.

  Disliked: If I really have to tell something it is the shower which could really use an extra curtain or door because haing a shower results in a wet bathroom,, but still...it is not such big of a problem.

  Nice stay, would stay again

  Liked: Breakfast excellent, room was good but not exactly as per the image shown at booking. Location is excellent.

  Disappointing and need to do better

  Liked: Good location and good facilities and nice room. Sadly not greatest bar service waiting long times for drinks and young staff have not been trained enough to deal with hotel customers or know how to make cocktails and Irish Coffee etc

  Disliked: Very Noisy hotel with the daily M&S deliveries every morning at 2-3am directly outside, paid extra for a room with castle view and got woken up every night, put this in room details as wouldn’t book room overlooking Princes St again
