  Overall was a pleasant stay

  Liked: Great ocean view. Public bus available in 500m walk and ASDA in 1km walk. The rooms and apartment were clean and comfortable for 4 pax. The kitchen and washing machine were useful

  Disliked: one of the long sofa was not comfortable.

  Lovely accommodation with efficient staff running the operation

  Liked: The apartment was lovely, in a great location, it was well equipped clean and modern. A Key cafe is used to collect and drop keys off and this is very efficient. The staff are proactive and efficient, the washing machine was playing up during my stay and it was reported and fixed within hours for which I was very grateful for! I especially liked the use of the life to the 3rd floor with luggage. I used the bus a couple times into Edinburgh, but preferred the Tram which is just a short walk from apartments.

  Liked: Spacious, well equipped warm apartment in a good location

  Disliked: Bed linen was not the best quality I prefer a thicker duvet and the linen was slightly bobbling

  Comfortable and enjoyable stay in Leith

  Liked: Clean, roomy, comfortable and great views across to the Royal Yacht Britannia. Efficient and accurate communication and easy to access. There was a bus stop right outside the apartment that took us straight into Edinburgh.

  Disliked: It’s about a 25 minute walk to the Shore part of Leith. There are restaurants closer though.

  Fabulous, comfortable and convenient appartment on edge of Edinburgh

  Liked: Excellent accomodation with convenient bus service to city centre. Easy and secure parking with helpful support staff in site office.

  Disliked: Kitchen utilities a little skimpy but adequate.

**Reception Hours and Contact Information**

Reception is open daily from 09:00 to 17:00. An emergency contact number is available for urgent matters outside of these hours.

**Key Collection and Self-Check-In Process**

Keys must be collected from the left side of the Ocean Apartments reception, located on the ground floor of Block C at 2 Western Harbor Midway, Edinburgh, EH6 6PN.

Ocean Apartments operates on a self-check-in basis. Guests are required to:

- Submit a valid form of photo identification via email.

- Complete a £100 security deposit pre-authorization per apartment using the provided link. Please note, this is a virtual hold; the amount will be frozen on your account but not charged.

Guests must contact the management team at least 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange the self-check-in process. Check-in instructions will only be issued once all requirements have been fulfilled.

**Group Bookings Policy**

Ocean Apartments maintains a strict *No Group* policy. We do not accept bookings for certain groups, including single-sex parties, hen, and stag groups. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline bookings from guests residing in EH postcodes and surrounding areas.

**Children's Facilities**

A child's high chair and/or travel cot can be provided upon request and subject to availability.

Please note: bed linen is not supplied for cots.

**Housekeeping**

Please be aware that daily housekeeping is not provided. A weekly cleaning service is available for stays of 7 nights or longer.

**Additional Information**

- Breakfast packs are not available.

- Smoking on-site is strictly prohibited and will incur an additional charge of £200.

- This property does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
