  Clean and near to station

  Liked: The location of this hostel is perfect. It’s literally like a 2 min walk from waverley station and right in the centre of the centre. Everything is walking distance so it’s perfect.

  Disliked: 1 thing i would recommend from my side is in the room they could have like a curtain for each bed just for some privacy as it is in many other hostels around the world.

  Liked: Had a brilliant stay in Edinburgh at the Princes Street Hostel. Location was super convenient and right in the thick of everything you would want to see / do. Great pub downstairs too! Room was super clean and well looked after, including a brilliant view of the water. Bathroom and common areas were also well equipped and very clean. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and made us feel very welcome. Would absolutely recommend to anybody wanting to stay in the centre of the city.

  Thomas and Anika are a credit to the place. 5 stars

  Liked: We spent a lovely weekend in Edinburgh thanks to our wonderful stay at the Princess Street Hostel. It is so central to the train station and neighbour to lots of good pubs and bars. The rooms were clean, warm and felt safe. The communal areas were inviting and comfortable. There was lots of good information available as to what to do in Edinburgh city and there was fun art on the walls to give it lots of character. Staff Thomas and Anika were especially very helpful during our stay and made us feel very welcome. They were both so friendly throughout and really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We stayed in the top room in number 42 and the views from our room were amazing.
