  Lovely house and very spacious, well appointed room within walking distance of the main part of town. Would recommend ☺️

  Liked: Really lovely room in a beautiful house. It had everything we needed for a short stay and there were thoughtful little touches which were appreciated.

  Disliked: The sofa bed could have been comfier - we had a small 18 year old on it but not sure it would be ok for a couple. Bad drain smell in the bathroom but we notified the hosts and they immediately sent a cleaner to sort it out. Nothing major, just little niggles really.

  Liked: The apartment was very comfortable.

  Disliked: There were no general glasses and no wine glasses. There was no dishwashing liquid, no cloths or sponges to wash up and no dishcloths. We bought some and as we were moving on to another apartment in Inverness, took it with us. That apartment has everything so it was a cost we could have avoided. As we are flying home, we can't take it home with us. It would be a good idea to provide these items so that guests can clean up after themselves. Besides that, it was a lovely little apartment and we were comfortable. Thank you, Jane

  Grandaughters surprise birthday trip to Edinburgh

  Liked: We liked pretty much everything about our stay. The owners kept in touch via message and email and ince I had figured out how to get onto the correct website instructions for getting in were very clear. Free wifi. Flat screen TV on the wall. Good location and pretty close to everything we needed and wanted to do. It was quiet at night. A large room and bathroom but warm and comfortable. Exellent shower with complimentary toiletries and enough toilet rolls for the 4 of us. Plenty of towels available. Comfy double bed with nice clean bedding, 2 sofa beds equipped with plenty of clean bedding. Fridge washing machine kettle coffee maker toaster and lots of hot water. A lovely welcome gift of various flavoured shortbreads which my grandaughter loved opening.. all in all a fab stay and would recommend to most.

  Disliked: My friend struggled a little with the staircase leading upto our apartment but we were made aware of that beforehand. I struggled a bit seeing the keypad to code myself in through the main door as im quite small plus it wasnt all that well lit up. The sofa beds were a tad hard but then I do have a bad back 😅 I didnt like having to pay 200 damages deposit. I get it because not everyone is as respectful as we are when travelling, but for me it was a bit steep & a big chunk out of what id saved for spending money and I was travelling on a budget. Id like to think ill get it back quickly as we left the apartment in very good order.

  Liked: The suite was the perfect size for us with all the amenities that we needed to make our stay wonderful. This location at Queen Street is close to everything without being to close to the bustle of Princes street and Old Town.

  Disliked: Walking up the stairs after a long day exploring, hahaha
