Liked: A disappointing experience with unprofessional service that falls short of the hotel’s reputation. We did not receive the respect and care we expected and would not stay again.

  Excellent Location and Beautiful Hotel

Liked: We were travelling for a concert in Usher Hall so the location was idea. Hotel was just across the road. Also well located for all other tourist attractions. Lovely hotel with a warm welcome and very helpful staff in all departments. Great selection for breakfast and dinner and drinks in One square were excellent. We didn’t get to use the spa on this occasion but will definitely be back.

  Disliked: Nothing we didn’t like.
