  Great comfortable stay

  Liked: Everything was extremely clean and the room Quite well furnished and equipped

  Disappointing loss of money

  Liked: Nothing.

  Disliked: Not as advertised, also we couldn't stay as they didn't tell us it was a student accommodation that could not accommodate minors and my friend had a daughter that was a minor. We only found out this doing the pre-check in the day before. We asked to cancel with waiver of fees and it was not granted. This was not our fault and we actually had to leave and book somewhere else. This represents a loss of £1,068. I messaged the property multiple times without success and the response was finally a rejection. Awful management and 0 customer service.

  Liked: We liked the most, how very close to everything we wanted to see, were in close proximity to the residence. Glad the window opened and closed well. There were towels. 1 hand, one bath mat and 2 bath towels.

  Disliked: There were orange splats on the wall. The ceiling had white paint over a red thick marker pen line and writing. The shower was dirty and the corners of the room were dirty. There was no bin and no cleaning cloth. Mostly, we paid through booking.Com and it was for an apartment with a double bed. We received a room with a desk and chair and bed with a toilet and shower. That was all. We had to buy amenities such as pillows, kettle, cleaning cloth etc as there was nothing in the room. It was bare other than toilet roll, towels, pillows as thick as paper and duvet. Having said all of that, it was a place to lay our heads at the end of the day.

  Low value for money - rather stay somewhere else

  Liked: Location was fine and the overall state of the room was good.

  Disliked: Unfortunately this was by far the worst accommodation on our UK roadtrip. The receptionist was never there or was sitting in the back on a couch while being on the mobile (we tried to check for a hairdryer). The bed was small for two people with a bad mattress - the window could be barely opened and there was no AC / fan, plus overall lacking basic things like a hairdryer.

  Liked: The location was great for what we needed.

  Disliked: I did not think it was that clean. The toilet role I had in my room was dirty like it had fallen into something, the towels had stains on it, the floors were super dusty so overall I werent too happy with it.
