  It was a clean warm place to stay

  Liked: It was clean.

  Disliked: When we arrived there was no soap or hand towel in the entrance toilet. In our room, the pillows weren’t feather and the duvet cover was inside out. I was told breakfast was available and it wasn’t. The room had been re decorated and was a nice room and some befitting furniture ( wardrobe and table would have looked better if age appropriate ). Better control of the heating. Customer service definitely could have been better.

  Liked: The property is pretty old that from the pictures does not look like that. However the property was very well equipped and the staff was helpful. The location is great, very close to public transportation and has great connection with whole city. I think the price we paid was very high just because the property was pretty old.
