Liked: Nice modern look. Comfortable and very central

Disliked: Would have been nice to have tv in main bedroom and could only find a single remote control for the other 2 rooms but wasnt big problem. Doors bang when closing so be handy if they shut quietly to save waking other guests.

Liked: The location was lovely and very central, the price was reasonable for the area, cleanliness standards were good, check-in was straightforward, and staff were helpful. We were offered a place to keep our luggage even after check out, which was very kind of them.

Disliked: The sound isolation wasn't great, but for all the perks of the facilities, I wouldn't say it was bothersome at all.

Liked: Helpful staff and ease of check in and check out. Clean, comfortable and more room than a normal hotel. Walking distance to Royal Mile, Palace of Holyrood House and Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street Gardens, Victoria Street and Haymarket, Bus Station and Train Station. We had a problem with the shower faucet and staff fixed right away. Great place!

  Disliked: No complaints or changes.
