A clean, comfortable apartment in a great location, with very helpful staff, although the repeated washing machine probl

Liked: The location was excellent, and the apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly attitude of the staff, especially when we needed assistance during our stay.

Disliked: Unfortunately, we had repeated problems with the washing machine during our stay. It first showed an error and later developed an electrical fault which caused the circuit breaker to trip and also affected the fridge. The repair process took some time and caused inconvenience, especially as we were travelling with children. However, the staff were very helpful and arranged laundry support for us while the problem was being dealt with.

Highly recommend, really friendly staff and lovely place to stay

Liked: Very clean, spacious apartment. Really well equipped kitchen with lots of utensils and a large selection of tea and coffee.. Pint of milk in the fridge which was a lovely gesture. Rooms were set up beautifully with towels and slippers on each bed.

  Disliked: Nothing

  Find better options

Liked: Nothing really. This place is over priced and over rated

Disliked: The unit is outdated, needs heavy renovation. The unit is very hard to get to within the complex. Noisy and rude neighbours. The walls are very thin. The carpets were stained. Providing a few packets of shampoo and lotion with branded slippers does not make this into a place fit for tourists. There are better deals in edinburgh and better managed.

A lovely, comfortable stay in a great location with friendly, helpful staff. We would happily return

Liked: We had a lovely stay at The Knight Residence. The location was great for exploring Edinburgh, and the reception staff were always friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. It was well stocked with everything you require in the kitchen, the bed was really comfortable, and the fresh bottle of milk on arrival was a lovely touch. They were happy to offer advice and recommendations, which was really appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Disliked: There really wasn't anything we didn't like. We had a lovely stay and everything was just as we needed it to be.

  Spacious apartment in great location

Liked: We stayed in a 2-bed city apartment. The location was fantastic, it was very close to the main attractions, with lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The apartment was spacious and clean. Fabio was very helpful at offering suggestions of what to visit.

Disliked: The only downside was that the mattress in the double room was very firm and not that comfortable to sleep on.
