  Some things we really liked, but the size of the room based upon how it was advertised was very disa

  Liked: Breakfast was exceptional. We really enjoyed

  Disliked: The room was falsely advertised, and we were very unhappy with the size of the room. The picture showed a much larger room with a couch that we did not receive we made it known to the staff and asked for a change, but nothing happened and we had no reduction in price either. Much smaller than advertised.

  Liked: Location very good. easy walk to attractions.shops and Restaurants nearby. 20% discount on food and drink at their Restaurants.Loved the quirky decor of Apartment, very cosy too.

  Fantastic stay at good location

  Liked: The location is excellent and the rooms are tastefully decorated, with good facilities throughout. But the real highlight is the staff: friendly, helpful and genuinely kind. That goes for the Rutland itself, as well as for The Huxley (the group's breakfast spot) and the Understory bar. Add good food, good drinks and comfortable beds, and you have a winning combination.
