Nice room but little things make a big difference

Liked: The bed was very comfy, good location, the room had beautiful decor.

Disliked: The room was not clean in certain areas; the toilet seat was dirty, there was a hair on the bath, a sticker near the bin stuck on the wall in the bathroom and a finger nail on the bed side table. The breakfast was not cooked even though in the room it said there is cooked breakfast served till 9.45, to me a cooked breakfast is things like eggs, beans, bacon etc. There was also only black coffee served which did not reflect a high standard of hospitality, yet there was a big coffee machine in the breakfast area which was not in use. We had to request to open and close the window which was not great. The first person to great us said I am not here to check you in, in a abrupt, unwelcoming way and it was slow check in.
