Liked: I liked the tablets. Tasted great.

Disliked: Location, room was musty and sub ground floor with no way to open a window. No early check in, not even a conversation about the possibility.

Disliked: We ordered room service and the food was great, the only issue was the food wasn’t hot when it arrived and didn’t come in any kind of cover to try and keep the food hot. Again, the food was lovely but would of been better hotter

change you night duty staff its an advice. As no guests like such behaviour

Liked: location was good other staff was good

Disliked: The staff at night shift had a bad attitude. She budged into our room to check if we are smoking inside the room. when she came into the room she found out that i was smoking in the terrace of the room. it was really unethical for any hotel staff to budge into your room to check. if there is a fine on smoking in the room. if they found out on check out they could fine me. But me not smoking in room and someone comes to check your room. if feels like a student hostel than a high grading hotel.
