A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Edinburgh

Liked: We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, full of charm and character, and perfectly located in the heart of Edinburgh, within walking distance of most of the city’s main attractions. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The combination of the hotel’s beautiful atmosphere, fantastic location, and outstanding hospitality made our visit truly memorable. A huge thank you to the entire team for their kindness and excellent service. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh!

Disliked: My laundry was not returned to my room on time; it was only brought back after I had followed up multiple times and finally expressed some frustration.

Almost perfect hotel. 2 issues for me. Both preference

Liked: Comfortable, stylish, good room service

Disliked: Toilet in its own cubical with no sink to wash your hands in. Car park lacked signage for directions to enter hotel and ended up in Westfield for some time
