  Phenomenal!

  Liked: We loved the size and the location. The property was very comfortable as were the beds and pillows. By far the best place we have stayed in over 6 weeks touring and 10 different properties.

  Disliked: There was nothing we could fault about this property.

  Gem of a stay

  Liked: Property was large, very well equipped, and the provision of a welcome pack and often neglected items such as coffee pods and dishwasher tablets was much appreciated, in that regard the owner had gone over and above what you would usually experience. Well done!

  Liked: The house was perfect for a group of 6: comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen very well equipped and, even a cinema room! To make it better is May, always committed to guarantee guests feel at home (starting with the welcome package). Top score!

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The property was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The rooms were lovely, and all the bedding was very clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We also asked for umbrellas, and the host kindly provided them even though it was not her responsibility, which we really appreciated. She was very helpful throughout our stay and even offered to arrange a taxi to take us to the train station. Everything was well prepared, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. I’m also part of a group dedicated to tourism in Edinburgh, and I have already recommended this property to the members because we had such a great experience.

  Disliked: The only downside is that you’ll need to take a taxi to get to the city centre.
