Liked: Received a complimentary upgrade. Excellent breakfast

Disliked: Disappointed we couldn't use the disabled parking bays which were accessible despite the ongoing building work. We were not aware the car park was closed to guests til we were booking in at the desk.oʻoo

A good stay despite ongoing construction work not reflected in the price charged by the hotel

Liked: The location wis central and the breakfast was quite good. The gentleman in restaurant is very nice and polite.

Disliked: The hotel is undergoing major construction work. This was not mentioned in advance of our arrival. The price was much too high considering this situation.

  AC Sparkles!

Liked: This hotel is great. It's in a perfect location in Inverness. Our room overlooked the river, so we had a great view. The breakfast was very good. It offered a lot of choices. We had dinner there one night, which was also good. The staff was excellent - Ross and Rinna took great care of us.

  Would recommend

Liked: Size of room, location, and breakfast buffet. Those people were on it.

Disliked: The white chairs are not a good idea. So many of them were stained and looked really sad.
