Exceptional
Liked: The owner (Joe) greeted us on arrival and gave us all the info required for our stay. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, The location for us was fantastic near to the bars where we were meeting friends.
Disliked: The weather!
Clean, comfy and convenient. Really nice place to stay
Liked: Really lovely room on a quiet street that's very close to the town. The bed was wonderfully comfy. The owners were very helpful. Free parking was a nice bonus. We had a fantastic time in Llandudno.
Clean, comfortable and great value
Liked: Immaculate accommodation, comfortable bed, good shower, friendly owner. As with almost all accommodation in Llandudno there is no parking but we got parked very close. It's very close to the town but in a very quiet road away from it all. Would definitely stay again when we're next visiting Llandudno.
Disliked: Nothing
A very restful week with excellent hosts
Great time in Llandudno at Arvon House
Liked: Very clean, a big room and close to town and the pier. The hosts very friendly and welcoming. Had chats some great chats with Joe and always got a smile from Adele. Highly recommend will be going back again.
Disliked: The parking can be a bit hit and miss but long term reasonable rated parking available very close by. But free parking on the side roads.
Happy to recommend to friends and family!
