Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Everyone at the Can-y-Bae Hotel were very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble for them. Nothing
Clean comfortable room. Friendly service.. Good value for money. only a short walk from theatre
Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Tasty and efficiently served. The bacon was delicious
Great for us. We will return
Liked: Breakfast was good and plentiful. Great location on the seafront. Very friendly.
Disliked: Having a working hairdryer in the room. We understand that the hairdryers are to be replaced.
Extremely poor and dirty
Liked: The worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life
Disliked: Arrived and the door was locked at 6pm…took 25 minutes, calls and ringing the bell to get an answer. Room small and dirty, cold and dated.
Liked: Good location.
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable at all. Informed staff multiple times that my partner was going to be arriving later and that I wouldn't be available to let her in and asked if that would be an issue. Was told it wasn't, however when she arrived she could not get into the building at all. This meant I had to leave an event in order to let her in, had this been another time at the event I would not have been able to be contacted or leave and so she would have been stuck.
Liked: The staff were very friendly & they upgraded my room for no extra cost as it was quiet over thar peruid
Disliked: Everything was fine
