Brilliant stay!
Liked: First time visiting Llandudno and what a brilliant stay we had! The staff at the hotel are excellent, very friendly, approachable and helpful. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and happy during your stay. The hotel was lovely and the swimming pool was great - my daughter loved her daily swim! The hotel is very clean, tidy and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, plenty of options and lovely food (buffet style). Our family room was great, comfy beds and plenty of room for the 3 of us. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back again!

Disliked: The entertain on wensday night yas poor people were going up to there room or taking nobody yas listening to him Tuesday yas exalent I would have payed to hear him single will be back
