Exceptional
Liked: Everything. Perfect stay
Good location, very clean, friendly staff
Liked: The building is stunning and the location is good to walk to town and both shores
Disliked: There was no fridge in the room. The guest lounge area was not comfortable or welcoming. The shower pressure was very weak and the highest water temperature was warm at best. The floorboards above our room were extremely creaky - sounded like a herd of elephants had arrived when other guests were in their room
Beautiful stay
Liked: Very warm welcome from Sam Beautiful boutique bed and breakfast Room was lovely Best breakfast I have had Staff very attentive nothing was to much trouble Definitely book again very soon
Liked: Period property with lovely views towards the sea and west shore. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: There are a lot of steps from the car parking up to the hotel which was difficult if you have heavy suitcases.
Liked: Great location so peaceful, a short stroll to everything.

Anniversary weekend
Liked: Enjoyed the period feature along with the quirky design of the room. Every one was friendly.and easy to talk to. Comfy beds. Everything we would need un the room. Along with a cracking table service breakfast.
Disliked: Slope up to the houses steps where covered in algie from the trees and was abit slippy. Along with signs of water damage in the roof when it rained. It didn't bother us, just something that needs attention
