Nice hotel I would stay there again
Liked: Idea location for the venue Cymru. Hotel was nice pls it has parking. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: A few areas needed a hoover but the room was nice and clean.
Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor unfortunately. Burnt scrambled eggs and tasteless avocado. Climate control throughout the hotel was horrendous. Absolutely boiling hot the entire time it felt like a strong summers day without Aircon.
Had a lovely stay, great views
Liked: Lovely building,
Disliked: The stair way carpet and bedroom carpets were very stained and could do with replacing also car park small and it was difficult to park a large car when it was full
Good
Liked: Convenient location with parking. Very helpful receptionist and restaurant staff.
Disliked: Massively irritated that the TV was tuned into BBC North West not BBC Wales. I wanted Welsh news. When I want news from NW England I will go to Liverpool. Met people at breakfast who ranted about the same thing. My bedroom was immediately above the noisy kitchen vent. Disappointing.
Liked: The view from the room was good The walk on shower was great
Disliked: The parking was difficult and car was parked elsewhere It was a some route around the hotel stairs and corridors to get to our room
