Exceptional
Liked: Was an amazing place & Hayley was lovely & very attentive. Breakfast was delicious & choice of full English or continental. Already discussed about staying there again when we are in llandudno.
Warm and welcoming, wonderful sea views, excellent service and food
Liked: A very warm welcome, lovely room with wonderful sea view. Very helpful, an excellent breakfast and able have a drink at night in the beautifully decorated and comfy lounge. Parking was a bonus, location close to very good local restaraunts and amenities. We had a very relaxed and enjoyable short break.
Great stay would book again
Liked: Excellent breakfast was made to feel very welcome by staff and very friendly. The location is good with great views in the sea front rooms. I would recommend staying here. Exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms.

Liked: All the workers where lovely they would do anything for you, when i stay in llandudno i will only ever stay in this hotel
Very nice and much needed break,breakfast made for you with lots of choice and quality ingredients
Liked: Lovely decor,hot powerful shower and lovely pillows
Disliked: Duvet needed changing to a winter one but was not going to spoil the lovely stay.
A very enjoyable stay in Llandudno
Liked: Everything. The decor and cleanliness outstanding. The breakfasts first class. The owner was very friendly and also the lady who brought our tea and coffee. Bedroom was very clean and had a lovely sea view and all along the promenade.
