Definitely be booking again
Liked: Very close to the promenade. Nice and quiet area. Very comfortable apartment.
Disliked: The microwave didn’t work but everything else was perfect.
Not recommended at all
Liked: The property had a long list of defects, but we were pleased that the owners were able to move us after two days to a better property. This review concerns Lonsdale House only.
Disliked: Use of the "Luxe" branding for this property gives a misleading impression. The apartment is shabby and overpriced. Specific issues are: noisy uninsulated floor, sticky dining table, inadequate lighting for the dark decor, unsupported shower tray, leaky shower, windows that couldn't be closed (or opened again once the owners had done a quick-fix), no drinking glasses suitable for water, wine, or beer, incorrect wifi details in the notes, cheap upcycled furniture. I'd urge people to check all the ratings, and not rely on on the headline average. And definitely don't attempt to sleep the theoretical maximum of five people, because there is neither seating nor kitchen utensils for that many. The owners did their best to fix issues, but relied on guests to point things out. They only visit their 14 properties in person typically once a month (we were told), and rely on the cleaners to pick up defects. Somehow, that windows have seized up had escaped their notice. A "Luxe"-branded property requires an attention to detail by the owners that is wholly lacking. We met face-to-face to go through these points but they seemed surprised that I expected issues like these to be addressed pro-actively BEFORE guests arrive.

Liked: Good location, and the apartment was well set out and comfortable.
Disliked: I was unable to remove the subtitles on ITV was wasn't really an issue as we only watched the TV for a couple of hours during our stay.

Liked: It was a lovely apartment, everything you needed, very clean, host was very good with communication, exactly as pictures showed and the information on how to get to the property and get was excellent.

Liked: A lovely apparent at the quieter end of Llandudno. The apartment was well appointed, clean and ideal for our group.
Disliked: The owners had provided a fan but as the bedroom windows didn't open the bedrooms and bathroom became a little stuffy. This was noticeable as you entered the apartment. In cooler weather I wouldn't think this would be as apparent.
