  Liked: Great location, ok price, easy access

  Disliked: Since my lasy stay here, the place was not as good, Only one plate in the apartment,where 2 people are staying cooking pans were old and unable to make a meal in the kitchen for 2 people,cups, glasses, cutlery very old and poor leak in shower as gaffer tape on the wall, had to put a towel on the floor to soak up the water.

  Liked: Location, clean comfortable bed, clean shower room.

  Disliked: We arrived to a room with broken shower so water turned off, no toilet or hot drink. We unpacked while the man went for a part to fix. When he returned with no part to fix We had to repack and move our things to a different room that had a constant very loud noise that was there 24 hours each day even with widows closed so no fresh air and the whole building had a very bad smell.

  Would not recommend and definitely will not be going back. But Paul was such a nice guy

  Disliked: Dirty bathroom that flooded when shower was on.reported it and Paul said he would. One and clean The bathroom for us. Skirting boards also disgusting.kitchen microwave was ok air fryer was filthy inside would not use.

  Liked: Exceptional location. Couldn't be closer to everything. Fairly decent sized rooms and because there was a TV in the bedroom, unless we were sat in the kitchen, we found we spent most of the time in the bedroom and hardly used the lounge at all. Fantastic views from the rooftop/attic windows. Could see the bay and the pier easily and from the other aspect, all the rooftops of Llandudno towards the bay at the other side!

  Disliked: We didn't know we were getting the attic room and because these are very old buildings, there was no lift so we were on the 5th floor so we had a lot of stairs to climb every night after a long day of sightseeing. Check before you stay what floor you will be put on as some with mobility/health problems will find this booking problematic if not a big no-no. Have to say that the flat was very dirty when we arrived and with no cleaning products to clean it. Thankfully I had a supermarket delivery the first day with cleaning materials so the first morning I had to literally deep clean the flat and use the (provided) vacuum cleaner too. Not exactly how you want to spend the first morning of your holiday. I also felt that the decor was very dated and tired and lacked colour and imagination. If you can overlook the inevitable steep climb to the properties, this is a great location with reasonable sized rooms. With a bit of investment in and thorough cleaning between guests, this could be a first rate holiday rental but at the moment it is sadly a wasted opportunity hence the 'passable' score.
