  Went to visit Llandudno pier my dads ashes were scattered there beautiful place will be back again

  Liked: Lovley stay our room was boss little bit dusty but that’s all breakfast was great good choice and hosts were lovley to thank you

  Liked: Lovely hotel, quirky Great breakfast Spacious room (23) Great location Bar guy very friendly and well stocked bar

  Disliked: Stairs (lots of) we were 4th floor, not easy with luggage and bad knees! Shower and sink water pressure really poor and water not very hot Toilet doesn't flush properly

  2 night stay

  Liked: Location is great and the breakfast was exceptionally good. The hotel was very clean.

  Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable, not sure why but it was hard and lumpy. The room was decorated well but there was a lamp but no socket to plug it in. Two of the three wall lights did not work. The curtains didn't meet and the centre blind would not full extend so we had to push the coffee table against the window sill to keep the curtains closed so we could sleep.

  Fantastic and would not hesitate to book again

  Liked: Breakfast was outstanding, plenty of choice and very tasty. Room was suitable and very warm. Good shower facilities. Coffee /Tea supplied and towels changed each day.
