  Liked: The view and location are exceptional.

  Disliked: I would like to provide an honest and sincere review. The property shows promise and has good potential, and I hope the owner will consider addressing these concerns. The Little Orme apartment is very small and suitable only for an individual or perhaps a couple. It should not be advertised as suitable for families, as the space is quite small. The garden is not private but rather a shared space for the entire house. On our final day at 8 a.m., someone arrived to begin painting the garden from the inside without prior notice. Furthermore, upon arrival, there was a strong odor of fresh paint that affected us, and as the apartment was not properly ventilated, the smell persisted. The windows were locked, and no keys were provided. The bathroom had a consistently unpleasant smell, even with the extractor fan running. The bathroom sink tap was faulty and lacked cold water entirely; even after following the owner's advice, no cold water would flow, and the water became dangerously hot, almost burning my daughter’s hand, so we were forced to use the bathtub faucet for the duration of our stay. While I understand that complimentary items are not an obligation, it would be a thoughtful gesture to provide bottled water, coffee, sugar, or tea bags upon arrival after a long journey, especially since there is no supermarket nearby. Additionally, no kitchen towels or extra bin bags were provided. I should not have had to request these items, as I intended to spend my time relaxing and enjoying a comfortable stay. Regarding why I did not report every issue to the owner: I addressed a few, but I felt the responses were delayed and not sufficiently attentive. I did not want to disrupt my holiday, so I decided that I would not return, not because the experience was entirely negative, but because the property is not suitable for my needs.

  terrible only stopped 1 of three nights, would never go back to this location

  Liked: view was very good. it was clean.

  Disliked: property host had a poor attitude on arrival was sarcastic about reading emails. was not shown around property or told how to operate heating. very very strong smell of urine on walkway to apartment. decking at rear of property unsafe. very small bed did not feel like queen size as advertised. head touches ceiling when showering and very strong sewer smell when showing also loud pumping system. the host and family playing loud music and stomping around upstairs. no off road parking. a lot of traffic noise when in bedroom from very busy main road late into the evening. have taken photos of how we left everything just i case?
