    Hotel Excellent....Restaurant disappointing

Liked: Hotel was spotless throughout, breakfast was excellent. Staff were very polite and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble

Disliked: 4 of us ate in 1890 restaurant, service was slow, only ordered a main course and took over an hour to arrive and when they arrived some of the meals were luke warm. Raised the issue with waiter and manager, to be fair they removed the cost of the drinks from the bill. Assume they had some sort of issues in the kitchen. Would not prevent us booking a stay here again
