Disliked: Rooms need freshening up and some maintenance. Dust up wall behind bed, marked curtains, carpet, wall and chair ripped underneath. Bathroom needs broken tiles replaced, new shower curtain and mould removed. One room smelt of smoke.

Disliked: Tap in room incorrectly labelled for hot and cold, shower very weak

Disliked: The reception male individual appeared 'cold' in my humble opinion....probably a 'bad day ib the office'.
