Very pleased with everything
Liked: Central location and helpful friendly owners.
Liked: Very friendly and helpful hosts. Breakfast was exceptional. Fresh fruit was delicious. Full English breakfast was enormous!

Liked: Xia and Brian were very accommodating and helpful especially when contacting them on the mobile phone to place our breakfast order after forgetting to do so before going out for the evening, which arrived at the time in the morning it was ordered for.
Liked: Very accommodating hosts, good breakfast, decent choice cereals, yoghurt, fruit, nuts, fruit juice and hot choices which can be altered a bit, order the night before. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a very small fridge. Not far at all from the town and sea front, and the pier. Lots to do in and around the area so a good place to base yourself.
Disliked: Small double bedroom, and bed was a bit soft for our liking

Liked: Clean, good breakfast, lovely hosts, would definitely go back
Liked: Lovely hosts only regret was I didn't stay for breakfast as was meeting friends but the smells from that kitchen were amazing
