Liked: Dirty room things falling apart

It was OK once we had moved rooms
Liked: We opted not to have breakfast.
Disliked: We had booked a double room with a sea view. The photo had a large window but, after negotiating long narrow passages with low ceilings we were shown into a twin room with narrow window. They pushed the beds together but were left with single bedding. The bathroom had a strange smell. My husband went to complain and had a claustrophobic panic attack. A very nice lady helped him and moved us to a double room on the ground floor but it did not have a sea view.

Disliked: Booked room was not available as hotel was busy. The room provided was in basement in a room that smelled of paint and cold as bathroom window vent left open and all room doors open to ventilate paint. Unsure on what was being painted as the room walls had water marks. The room provided was not as the pictures illustrates quality of rooms on booking.com - carpet worn, room needs updating and busty in places missed. Only stayed the one night but according to the hotel housekeeping standards no housekeeping will enter room during your stay.

Disliked: Difficult to find.Your looking for Bevilla hotel. The sign actually says The Seafront. Very confusing. We booked a double. They wanted to give us single beds.We ended up in the basement in a room that was being refurbished.
Liked: I booked a single room but was upgraded to a deluxe double which was clean, warm and comfortable, and had good views of the sea and hills and countryside. I found the Staff, especially at reception, to be very welcoming and friendly, and very helpful at all times.
Liked: The hotel cancelled my booking, without letting me know, first I knew about it was when I arrived
