Exceptional
Excellent b&b, great hosts. Perfect for our needs
Liked: The hosts were very nice and very keen to endure our stay was perfect. The breakfast was cooked fresh and was very tasty. The location was perfect for what we needed.
Disliked: The double bed was slightly on the small side, which we were pre-warned about. But did not warrant a room change (which was offered). Also a little bit of air in system, which made a noise when toilet was flushed.
Liked: Clean and warm great service and spot on breakfast would stay here again
Parents weekend away
Liked: This was booked through my details but it was my parents that stayed in the hotel. They loved it, staff were lovely, very accommodating, would happily come back.

Liked: Hotel was fantastic. Stayed for 2 nights and had breakfast included. Food was delicious. Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were brill. Really enjoyed our stay would stay again if we were in Llandudno again

3 days minimum booking for public holiday weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday), bookings for less than this will be canceled.
Parking is available at the front of the guest house. The car park is for guests of the Senarth only, and spaces are taken on a first-come, first-parked basis. The parking is limited off street parking (3 spaces on the drive), with free on street parking nearby.
If a guest is found smoking in their room we reserve the right to ask the guest to leave, and a defumigation charge of GBP 50 will be charged.
No food is to be taken to the rooms under any circumstances. A table can be allocated in the dining room if possible. Additional charges will also be made for any damage caused to the room or any other part of the guest house. The guest shall be notified before any additional charges are made.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
