Liked: Location
Liked: Great location, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed. Good outside space, great for the dog.
Disliked: TV a bit too small, too far from the sofa. Outside furniture a really nice touch, could do with a coat of paint and a wipe down prior to guests arrival.
We really enjoyed staying at the Snug. With just a few inexpensive add ons or stay would have been much more convenien
Liked: The property was in great location. Right in the centre of Llandudno. The little private garden was great for our dog.
Disliked: The bathroom sink was blocked. There wasn’t anywhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom. Also nowhere to hang your clothes or put them in the bathroom.

Disliked: Parking was problematic, garden furniture needs updating, apartment wasn't that clean, under settee nail cuttings and grit everywhere! 2 nights for £299 not great value. Whole place needs face lift. TV didn't work, fire alarm went off 3 times, no response! Dining chair broken on arrival. Upstairs very noisy, would not re book

Disliked: The pictures are nothing like the apartment!! Please don’t be fooled The front was a complete mess bird poo all over the chair’s leaves and fag buts all in the grass and a bag of laundry that had been dropped off a week before our stay was still out the front. This is not an apartment for a family. More like for a couple, the pull out sofa in the front room is more like a large single we had to go buy a air bed for one of our children due to the size of it, also the mattress on the sofa is more like a gym mat. Their was no streaming services as in Netflix as stated in add, no condiments like coffee sachets tea, sugar or small pots of milk. 1 tea towel to dry up for the 4 days. There was a foul odour as we entered the property like the floors had been mopped with dirty stagnant water and mop. My son has autism and his sensory overload hit right away to the point he was nearly sick. The bedroom bed was more like a small double and the mattress was like concrete I’m 31 weeks pregnant and had no sleep at all due to this. No where at all to relax with in apartment nothing snug about it at all. Was very grimy too and felt it table had not been wiped and cobwebs all along the ceiling stains all over the walls mold in bathroom and the odour that came out the sink was unbearable. Also the communication between host wasn’t the best asked questions about the place over week before our stay and only got a reply the day we was down their. Such a shame to have to enter a place in the shape it was on your first day. Also none of the furniture in photos is the same as what’s in the apartment.
